Post Malone may have said that hip-hop music today doesn't hold much emotional value but that doesn't seem to infringe on his love for certain artists (and to be fair Post has since retracted/clarified those comments). During an interview with DJ Whoo Kid, Post talked about his admiration for Future and the experience he's had while on tour with the Atlanta star. “I’ve always been a big Future fan. He’s trap Jesus. He’s got a lot of soul in his voice,” Post said. He stated how much more respect he has for Future since joining him on tour in July.

Post Malone spoke about Future being a gamechanger in hip-hop but doesn't believe he gets the credit he deserves. He stated, “A lot of haters don’t give him the credit he deserves because mainstream people will be like, ‘Oh, Auto-Tune.’ He’s a fantastic vocalist and he really has a lot of expression in his voice.” Adding, “He makes some very sad songs but they’re still turnt up at the same time, so I can really appreciate that."

Do you agree with Post Malone, does Future not get the credit he deserves? Check out his comments in the clip above starting at the 00:43 mark.
