This past Monday, three women asked Congress to investigate Donald Trump over sexual misconduct allegations that stem from the ‘80s. According to reports, 16 women made claims against the current POTUS, saying their issues with him happened before he took office. Now, Press Secretary Sanders has responded to the claims.

During a press conference, Sarah Huckabee Sanders was asked about the allegations and responded by saying “The president said himself he thinks it’s a good thing women are coming forward. He also feels strongly that a mere allegation shouldn’t determine the course, in this case, the President has denied any of these allegations as have eyewitnesses.”

Sanders went on to say “The American people knew this and voted for the President, and we feel like we’re ready to move forward in that process.” This news comes after Trump endorsed Republican Roy Moore, who was accused of sexual misconduct with underage girls.
