For the past few years, Lil Wayne has been wrapped up in a legal battle against his label Cash Money Records, for money they allegedly owe him. Because of that, his musical output has been limited. Now, Drake has taken to Instagram to tease a potential reunion between him and Wayne via the Dedication 6 mixtape.
Previously, the two collaborated on tracks like “Forever,” “Miss Me,” “HYFR,” and “The Motto.” From there, the two were nowhere to be found on each other's projects and albums. All of that may be changing, as Drake posted the caption “D6” under a photo of the two star rappers.
Lil Wayne recently made it known Dedication 6 is set to drop on December 25, 2017. Although the rapper hasn’t named any features for the tape, there is speculation it will include a laundry list of big names, including Drake.
