The OKC Thunder are having a disappointing season up to this point due to the enormous expectations that acquiring Paul George and Carmelo Anthony would naturally evoke. But the team hasn't been able to consistently rack up wins and it is beginning to frustrate the entire ball club. That was very apparent after their 116-103 loss to the Charlotte Hornets on Monday night when seemingly every player interviewed shared the same sentiment of keeping it together, playing better, and remaining optimistic.

But despite the loss, the highlight of the game was the reigning league MVP Russell Westbrook taking the ball coast-to-coast and throwing down a mean one-handed dunk over Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. Ironically enough, this dunk which would've seemed to spark a Thunder run turned into a 22-2 run by the Hornets.

It was still a great dunk nonetheless. Check it out in the clip above.
