Eminem, who at the time was considered extremely controversial and borderline homophobic, graced the stage at the Grammys with none other than Sir Elton John. The unlikely couple instantly turned the moment into an unforgettable one as they performed the massive hit “Stan” together.

Now, 15 years later the rock and roll Hall of Fame inductee set down to interview the Detroit legend about his upcoming ninth studio album, Revival. Despite his cemented status as a rap legend, Slim Shady still has doubts about previous albums he has released. When asked about it, Eminem had this to say:

“I haven’t had a perfect career. I’ve put some albums out that, looking back, I’m not super proud of, but there’s also a lot of stuff that I am very proud of.” He added that has projects that he is very proud of and others that he isn’t, but both are necessary and part of evolving as an artist.
