Each year around this time, Plies takes to social media in glee over all of the Thanksgiving day goodness he is about to feast on. This time he kept it a bit more specific than he did in 2016 when he put up a series of video clips going into intricate detail on what his main course, sides, and dessert typically consists of every third Thursday of November. The Florida rapper focused his post on his recipe for what he refers to as his "classic" turkey.

"I'm finna show y'all one of my secrets, just 'cause we family, man. And everybody wanna know why my turkey be so special. I'm telling you right now. Look here. You see that Yak right there?" he said.

After revealing his go-to bottle of Remy Martin, Plies began to pour some of it on the raw bird, while massaging the drink onto its breast. "You gotta relax the turkey. You've got to relax... he need to relax before you drop him in that grease. You've gotta relax the turkey. Only way to relax is what? With the yak. S**t, if you want me to relax, what you got to do? You gotta give me the yak," he said.

Plies revealed his turkey making process in three separate videos. As was the case last year, he made two separate turkeys; one baked and one deep fried. In addition to the staple, Plies informed fans that last year that a Thanksgiving dinner wouldn't be a Thanksgiving dinner without: a glazed honey baked ham, collard greens with the neckbone, cornish hen in dressing, oozing mac and cheese, "diabetic" sweet baked beans, potato salad, sweet potato casserole with marshmallows on top, banana pudding (light on the bananas, heavy on the wafers), and a sweet potato pie that the entire neighborhood could smell.
