OT Genasis thinks the NBA should legalize marijuana and the "coco." He said as much to TMZ while being asked whether he believes the NBA should implement the use of medicinal cannabis for player recovery. OT gave the TMZ reporter a resounding "YES!" before taking it step further and saying that all drugs should be legal.
Minnesota Timberwolves standout Karl Anthony Towns recently spoke out about the benefits of medical marijuana for players and agreed with former NBA Commissioner David Stern on changing the current policy. But it's highly unlikely that you'll see players advocating for an open drug policy like OT Genasis is suggesting anytime soon.
