Surveillance footage that captured the alleged domestic violence incident involving NFL star Jarvis Landry and the mother of his child this past Spring, came to light on Friday, November 17.

The recording, which shows Landry and Estrella Cerqueira getting into his Lexus in the parking lot of the baller's Florida apartment complex, confirms that Landry indeed made physical contact with the woman, but whether it supports her original claim that she was "battered" remains in question.

Viewers will notice that Landry clearly pushed Cerqueira back down into the driver's seat after she got out of the vehicle. But a second motion that Landry made, in which he appeared to slap Cerqueira in the face, is being contested by authorities, who say that a closer look at the snippet reveals him to have snatched the phone from her ear.

Since claiming that she was assaulted during the April 1st confrontation, Cerqueira has reversed her story and informed investigators that she "exaggerated" what happened. Cerqueira reportedly gave the excuse that her reports where the result of postpartum depression from giving birth to their child, who was only 4-months old and happened to be sitting in the backseat during the incident. The NFL and the Florida State Attorney's Office subsequently closed their investigations into the matter and ruled that the contact Landry made was "incidental."
