Early in the first quarter of Friday (November 10) night's game against the Hornets, Kyrie Irving took an elbow to the face from Celtics teammate Aron Baynes.

Kyrie hit the floor after taking the hit, and shortly after he was seen clutching his face with a puddle of blood forming on the floor beneath him. Celtics trainer Art Horne attended to Kyrie and escorted him off of the court with a towel over his bloody face.

Kyrie was taken out of the remainder of the game and he's being monitored for a possible concussion.
