A Philadelphia judge ruled that Meek Mill recently violated his probation after being arrested in March for misdemeanor assault and also in August for reckless driving and reckless endangerment. While both charges have been dropped, the judge ruled that the incidents violated Meek's probation and he was sentenced to 2-4 years in prison.

Last year, Meek was sentenced to house arrest for violating his probation, but this time around he wasn't given that option.
