Tyrese took his daughter to In-N-Out Burger during a monitored visit with her earlier this week.

The singer, who's been embroiled in a bitter custody battle with his wife was accompanied by what looked like two social workers while taking his 10-year-old daughter out for a bite at the famed West Coast burger chain. TMZ caught him entering and leaving the restaurant and he tried to avoid them in one of the shots.

The visit came after a ruling that went in the singer’s favor where the 6-hour visit was approved. Norma Gibson, Tyrese’s ex-wife and the mother of the child, had previously filed a paternal restraining order against him which is still in place. This kept him away from his daughter for 2 months. It had to be modified in order to accommodate the visit, according to TMZ.

The custody battle seems to have exhausted the singer who checked into a Los Angeles hospital following a court hearing with Gibson over the weekend. He reportedly suffered from bad chest pains and felt dehydrated. A source close to Norma told Page Six that she wished him well. “She hopes he is OK and seeks the proper treatment. His daughter deserves to have a stable father and relationship with her dad,” the source said.
