Tyrese seemed like he was having a pretty rough day when a TMZ reporter caught up to him leaving Cedars-Sinai Thursday night. The entertainer had checked himself in earlier that day after complaining of chest pains and dehydration.

TMZ caught up to Gibson as he was leaving the hospital Thursday night.

"Guys, please don't make this about me, this is about my daughter," Gibson told the reporter. "This could compromise my case...

"I've been in court all day, I just needed an IV bag but I'm okay."

Tyrese is referring to the ongoing legal battle with his ex-wife Norma, who is fighting to get a permanent restraining order protecting her and the former couple's 10-year-old daughter Shayla.

"I just feel a little compromised today...you know, hospitals are supposed to keep everything confidential, and I normally stay under an alias," Tyrese told the reporter.

"I've never been through a trial in my life, even though I'm from Watts--South Central. Never been through a trial, so I was up since four a.m. I didn't know that I would be in there for [12 hours]."
