The ongoing issues between Birdman and Lil Wayne have reached new heights, as Wayne has petitioned to dissolve Young Money Records if Cash Money does not get their act right, according to The Blast.

Previously, Lil Wayne hit Cash Money Records with a lawsuit claiming that Birdman and the label owed him over $50 million, which includes an $8 million advance for his Tha Carter V album. The $50 million was supposed to be given to Wayne after the Young Money joint venture was formed between him and Cash Money in 2003.

Now, it seems Lil Wayne may be fed up with the whole process according to court documents he recently filed. The documents asked the court to “appoint a receiver to supervise the operations of the Young Money Label joint venture or order the termination of Young Money Label joint venture and appoint a liquidator.”

Birdman has reportedly responded to the documents Weezy filed, allegedly stating that Lil Wayne has no right to shutter the label while he is currently under contract with Cash Money. Along with suing Birdman and Cash Money for millions, Wayne also sued the label for full ownership of Drake and Nicki Minaj, as he brought both of them to the label in the first place.
