Justin Timberlake is set to perform during the Super Bowl 52 halftime show. For Timberlake, this marks his first time since the infamous wardrobe malfunction involving him and Janet Jackson. Now, it appears Fugees rapper Pras believes there is "no need" for Jackson to have any role in Timberlake's upcoming performance.

TMZ caught up with the famed emcee, who gave his insight on why he doubts a reunion between Jackson and Timberlake is likely. "Justin will be great," Pras said, adding, "I don't think they're going to bring Janet though. No need for Janet."

While Pras admits he knows fans are looking to see some "part two"' between the pair, he believes that the NFL may not want to take the risk. "I think the NFL would be mighty scared, just to make sure nothing like that ever occurs again."

When asked whether Timberlake was a safer choice for the NFL, Pras praised the singer, concluding that it takes a high caliber artist with an extensive catalog to pull off such a gig.

"You got to remember it's [the] Super Bowl. Pras said. "You got to get, like, the biggest caliber of artist you can. It's only but so many that can do it."
