In less than one month's time, Harvey Weinstein's life has fallen to shambles. And while stars like Quentin Tarantino and Jane Fonda have shamefully confessed that his behavior was an open secret that they ignored, others have shamelessly expressed remorse for him.

"You know, I feel sorry for what happened to Harvey...he's done so much good for all the years, [you know], to try to make respectable movies, and now everybody's ready to...," actor Mickey Rourke began, when a TMZ reporter asked his thoughts on the Weinstein developments.

"[You know], what he did was f**ked up, but this is a town built on envy and you could be up on the very top and as soon as you fall they're going to put you out like an old cigarette," he then went on to complete his remarks.

Rourke's take on the scandal mirrors that which director Woody Allen received flack for giving. Allen was forced to issue an apology and retraction to Variety after stating, "The whole Harvey Weinstein thing is very sad for everybody involved. Tragic for the poor women that were involved, sad for Harvey that his life is so messed up."

One accused sexual predator Rourke apparently doesn't feel sorry for, though, is legendary comedian Bill Cosby, with whom he says his issue is personal. "Yea, well they should take that piece of s**t Bill Cosby and put him down the f**king sewer," he told TMZ moments after lamenting over Weinstein.

"I had a girl I went out with he did the same s**t to. But she wasn't my girlfriend at the time. If she would have been I would've been at his f**king house. I would've put my foot through his a**hole."
