Yet another violent brawl broke out at Rolling Loud music festival, this time including Florida rapper XXXTentacion. The rapper was attacked by yet another fan who had no problem approaching X about his problem with him.
But, this time around the “Look At Me” rapper was able to retaliate, leading to a brawl which involved several fans and security. Multiple eyewitness accounts have the currently unidentified man throwing the first blow before X is seen on a fan video retaliating by hitting the man repeatedly with his microphone. Nearby fans reacted with a mix of gasps and shouts egging X on, while others took out their phones instantly to record.
XXXtentacion confirmed the altercation on his Instagram story. “I’m just letting everyone know ahead of time that I punched someone in their face today because I was assaulted while I was performing,” he said. “So before anybody sees the video and makes an assumption, I’m gonna beat everyone to it and let everyone know. Yo, I ended up punching someone because they punched me in my shit.”
Another violent incident that took place at the music festival, involved New York rappers A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and PNB Rock, who apparently jumped Oakland rapper Lil B. This comes from the comments he made on Twitter about New York rap losing its edge and comparing rappers from the city to Dej Loaf and saying that he represents New York better than they do.
