Out of the many characteristics used to describe NBA All-Star Carmelo Anthony, one of the more underrated aspects of his game is his intensity. For the first time in his career Carmelo is not the best player on his team and ironically enough, this also represents the best chance he has ever had to win an NBA championship. After saying goodbye to New York City and hello to Oklahoma City, Carmelo teamed up with the likes of it reigning MVP Russell Westbrook and Paul George, one of the best two-way players in the league.

All three players have one thing in common; overcoming extreme levels of adversity over the last few seasons to now having a legitimate chance to contend with the Golden State Warriors for an NBA championship. Last week a fan made a compilation of Carmelo Anthony rebounding ball viciously was released, revealing a bit more of Carmelo’s competitive nature. In his first game as a member of the Thunder, it’s only right that Anthony faced off against his former team, the New York Knicks. Watch above as Carmelo rebounds the basketball ferociously while screaming “f*ck outta here“ to make it clear to anybody around that the rebound belongs to him.
