Dozens of teenagers are being sought by police after invading a home in Parker, Colo. and throwing a raging party, leaving a huge mess and causing damage to the property.

According to authorities and videos posted to Snapchat, the teens brought beer and drank champagne which was already in the home during the party Saturday night.

The home's owner believes his property was chosen because it's currently listed as for sale.

"I think we were targeted because our house was for sale on the market, and somebody saw it online and thought it was going to be empty. But it wasn't," said homeowner Mike Cox.

Cox was gone, at a friend's home having dinner. When he returned a couple of hours later he was met by police and some teens inside his house. Cox says he was furious over it all.

"They don't value anything. They don't value people's hard work, their property—any of it,” said Cox.

"You can see on the floor—they were squirting champagne from standing on our countertop and squirting it all over the house. It's on the ceiling, on the floor, on our furniture. Everywhere," said Cox.

Damage also included a broken window in the basement and broken glass in the shower.
