Hollywood exec Harvey Weinstein has been caught up in scandal after several women accused him of sexual assault. The accusations led to Weinstein resigning from The Weinstein Company after the Board of Directors demanded his exit. However, it appears comedian Donnell Rawlings has a unique take on the matter. Rawlings, who is known to say what's on his mind, believes women who pursue a career in Hollywood should expect to be "disrespected."

During an impromptu interview with TMZ on Monday, October 16, an intoxicated Rawlins explained he believes that Weinstein will continue to work in Hollywood because many women have yet to accuse the executive of misconduct. "This might be too soon for this observation,” Rawlins said before touching on his reasoning. "29 women had issues with Harvey Weinstein, but at least a 1,000 didn't have issues.”

He continued by issuing a message to the women of Hollywood, “Prepare yourself to be disrespected by men, but your job is to rebuke any of the sh*t.” While he maintains that Weinstein will continue to be a force in Hollywood because the "Jew-Tang-Clan ain’t nothing to f*ck with,” Rawlins proceeded to give more warnings to women in the industry. “If a man flies you across [the] country. He has a sign for you; he has a suite set up for you. He has chocolates. He has champagne. He has all this sh*t. You got to understand; somebody’s gotta pay for that. Be smart.”
