President Donald Trump continued his ongoing friction with Hillary Clinton, humorously saying he "hopes" the former Democratic nominee runs for president in 2020.

On Monday, October 16, Trump concluded his morning tweets with a dig at Hillary Clinton, "I was recently asked if Crooked Hillary Clinton is going to run in 2020? My answer was, 'I hope so!'"

Back in September, Trump subliminally slammed Clinton over her book What Happened, "Fascinating to watch people writing books and major articles about me and yet they know nothing about me & have zero access. #FAKE NEWS!”

While the 2020 presidential elections are a long way off, Trump may have many potential opponents challenging him for the oval office. Recently, Dallas Mavericks Owner Mark Cuban and Oprah Winfrey have hinted at making a run for president.

However, it appears Trump is not the only one ready for another campaign run in two years. Former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon believes Trump will win in a landslide victory. Speaking before supporters at Values Voter Summit in Washington, D.C. on Saturday, October 14., Bannon said, "Pres. Trump's not only going to finish this term; he's going to win with 400 electoral votes in 2020,"
