Fredo Santana seems to be on the mend after giving folks quite the scare last week when he was admitted to the hospital after suffering a seizure. While the Chicago rapper has yet to confirm the rumor, it's widely believed that Santana's seizure and subsequent liver and kidney failure was the result of lean usage.

What is known for sure, however, is that the 27-year-old rhymer's health problems were a result of drug usage--something he admitted via Twitter over the weekend. Fredo spoke on the incident in a series of tweets on Saturday, warning fans not to fall into the same trap.

"Hopefully I can be the face to sho n***as to slow down an we got our whole life ahead of us f**k being rock stars gettin high I got ptsd...," he tweeted.

Continuing, Santana spoke on the driving factor in his drug usage. "I was running from my old life tryna get high didn't want to face them demons."

He then revealed he may check into rehab for his addiction, and also described being found by his friend and Glory Boyz Entertainment signee Gino Marley during his seizure.

"I'm getting help I might just go to rehab...Gino found me on da floor shaking bleeding out the mouth having a seizure s**t could a been the end."
