A Georgia woman was arrested after allegedly killing her daughter's fiancé during breakfast.

Paw Law fired several shots at 17-year-old Nyatole Eh while he and his pregnant bride-to-be, Madya Be visited the home on Oct. 8, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The teen was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital where he later died.

In the police report, the daughter told officers on the scene that she and Eh were at the apartment to collect her social security and green cards, which her mother had reportedly taken away from her when she moved from Wisconsin to Georgia. She also told police that her mother's disapproval of her relationship with Eh was further exasperated after learning that Be was pregnant with Eh's child.

Ta Oel, who was in the bathroom when the first gunshots rang out, told the Atlanta Journal-Consitution that he rushed to the kitchen to wrestle a Smith & Wesson revolver from Law's hands. Authorities added that Law attempted to turn the gun on herself. When police arrived on the scene, they found Eh lying on the floor with the weapon near his head. Be, and her sister, Muchon Kaw, were kneeling over his body.

"It appeared they were in the kitchen preparing breakfast," Clarkson Police Detective Jason Elliot told Channel 2 Action News. "There was no type of argument or even altercation. It's looking like mom just walked up behind the victim and shot him."

Law was apprehended by police in her home on Monday. She's being held in Dekalb County Jail.
