The woman who claims Nelly raped her says she had been partying with the rapper before he forced her to have sex without a condom, but Nelly's lawyer claims she is a liar and plans to let the truth come to light.

Sources say that the 21-year-old Seattle resident met Nelly at a club in Washington, where she and her friends consumed several drinks at his table and supposedly got "tipsy." According to her, she was invited to an after-party and was driven off with some members of the rapper's posse.

In the end, she ended up on his tour bus, where she says she was in Nelly's room with him when he tried to force the issue sexually. She turned him down, after which time he told her to "shut up" and allegedly said he wanted to have sex with her without using a condom, something he did despite her repeatedly telling him to stop.

Apparently after the incident, Nelly offered her money, which she declined. Another woman then kicked her off the bus and threw $100 at her. Scott Rosenblum, Nelly’s lawyer, responded to these claims via TMZ, saying: "It does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized. That is playbook 101 of a person with an agenda and clearly she has one. The agenda is money, fame and notoriety."

Rosenblum also said that he has an investigator looking into it and that both he and Nelly "will be able to show by objective evidence and unbiased witnesses that she has zero credibility.

The lawyer adds, "She's a person who is making a dangerous, fraudulent allegation to accomplish her own goals."
