Tory Lanez bought a brand new McLaren and took to Instagram to show off the fruits of his labor.
The clip starts with Lanez signing the paperwork for the car and segways into him talking about why he decided to buy it at this time. “When I made Skrt Skrt, I told myself like, by the time this song come out, Imma get my third foreign, and it’s going to be the one that I really want to get. The one that I should have got the first time. But Imma wait until the song,” said Lanez. He shows off the car which has a big red bow on top, and it eventually cuts to a clip of him at a gas station celebrating his purchase. “I can’t believe I got this sh*t. I’m a n***a that came from nothing,” he said.
The singer seems to be readying the release of his sophomore album. He previewed some new music in the clip and seemed really excited about it. Lanez previously said that he wants the songs to be free of any covers or samples and hopes to create an entirely original hit this time around. His debut album “I Told You” was criticized for having too many skits.
