During Monday's episode of Undisputed, Shannon pulled out a Black and Mild and made the following comment: “I be on the Milds with that yac hard.” Obviously, though unexpected, people loved it and the video went viral. But what happened next was even funnier. @RemixgodSuede took Shannon's comments and turned it into a remix.
Shannon's comments were turned into a full-on song with a hook that includes “Milds with that yac." And of course, @RemixgodSuede included other comments from the episode. Needless to say, it is hilarious. Even Shannon saw the humor in the video, as he tweeted out, “Why y’all do me like this?”
Shannon joined Skip Bayless on Undisputed in 2016 and ever since then, people are always looking forward to his commentary. Though he has his funny moments, Shannon touches on many topics that others refuse to. Recently he made the following statement about Cleveland Cavaliers' owner, Dan Gilbert and his comments on receiving racists calls about LeBron James:
“A lot of people don’t want the truth because the truth would destroy their illusions. Dan Gilbert, like a lot of wealthy white men in America, these issues do not affect them. They’re not going to get discriminated against. They’re not going to get brutalized by the police. So the issues that affect a lot of minorities in America does not affect them.”
