Foreign Minister of North Korea claims President Trump has "declared war." Says the threat to shoot down U.S. warplanes is imminent. North Korea's Foreign Minister, Ri Yong-Ho told reporters that "At last, he declared a war on our country [...] Even the fact that this comes from someone who is currently holding the seat of the United States presidency, this is clearly a declaration of war" adding that the secluded Communist country has "every right to take countermeasures."

Ri is speaking of Trump's comments where he mentioned to the United Nations that the U.S. would "totally destroy" North Korea. It is important to note, Trump has yet to make an official declaration of war nor has he issued any direction for military action.
