It appears that LaVar Ball is a firm believer in the philosophy that if his sons are going to be fit and able enough to play in the NBA, then he's going to do his best to follow suit.

On Thursday, the 48-year-old father of three shared a video to Instagram showcasing a bit of what is ostensibly one of his normal workouts. Then again, the elder Ball may be pushing himself extra hard in light of his oldest son Lonzo getting picked up by the Lakers as the second overall pick in the 2017 NBA draft. An event like that has to be super motivating; he's clearly doing something right as a father.

The clip of LaVar getting it in the gym was accompanied by the caption, "Getting ready for training camp! Working out in the OG ZO2 SHO'TIME #builtforthis."

Starting off doing overhead pulls on a ball attached to a cable linked to weights, LaVar moves to the court where he spends some time shooting around. The Big Baller Brand CEO next hits a resistance machine consisting of two flexible bars he bends down repeatedly.

For a man of his age, it can't be denied that LaVar Ball has kept himself in great shape.
