MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell caught quite a bit of laughs after Mediate posted a video of an 8-minute meltdown where O'Donnell becomes infuriated with his earpiece. In the video, the MSNBC anchor can be seen telling off his staff blasting them with obscenities. After a segment that focused on Donald Trump, O'Donnell can be seen pausing for a few seconds before anger washes over his face.
"What’s going on, why am I losing this, why don’t I have sound, Who’s asking for a Labor Day rundown in my ear?"
The anchor continues to get through the show but remains visibly angry yelling out, "Godd**mit!" as he slams his fist on the desk. O'Donnell finally boils over when he hears some type of constant hammering sound.
STOP THE HAMMERING. STOP THE HAMMERING OUT THERE. WHO’S GOT A HAMMER? WHERE IS IT? WHERE’S THE HAMMER?!? STOP THE HAMMERING. I’LL GO DOWN TO THE GODD*MNED FLOOR MYSELF AND STOP IT, KEEP THE GODD*MNED COMMERCIAL BREAK GOING,” he yells. “CALL F**KING [MSNBC PRESIDENT] PHIL GRIFFIN, I DON’T CARE WHO THE F**K YOU HAVE TO CALL. STOP THE HAMMERING."
