Kevin Hart's mistress, Montia Sabbag was accompanied by her lawyer, Lisa Bloom earlier today for a press conference where she said she's a victim of a crime.

Sabbag admitted that she was "involved" with Kevin a month ago. Sabbag denounced all accusations of participating in any kind of extortion by simply stating, "I am not an extortionist. I am not a stripper." Sabbag made claims of being a recording artist and actress and claims to have had nothing to do with the recordings. She went on to say that her name and pictures have been shared with lies attached to them.

Sabbag said that she was not contacted by the authorities yet, but her lawyer said they're going to the cops immediately. Bloom also said that her client isn't asking Kevin for any money, however, Sabbag's previous lawyer told Kevin's people she would take a lie detector test if they paid her $420,000.

Sabbag didn't say who she thinks made the recording, but Bloom made it clear it's a felony to secretly record private moments like this.
