Dej Loaf was the latest hip-hop figure to open up about her journey to Dr. Siri Sat Nam Singh on the VICE show The Therapist.

In the episode which airs in full on Tuesday, Dej at one point speaks on how fame has affected her.

"I'm adapting to fame," says the Detroit artist who blew up with 2014's "Try Me". "Before fame, I've always just been, you know, isolated. Whereas now, you gotta be conscious about what you do, how you do it - everything I do, it's like a production - I have to think about it.

"So, that kind of...keeps me from living."

The Therapist has attracted several rappers as guests. In late August Rich Homie Quan appeared on the show and spoke on, among other things, how his pursuit of wealth never seems to be enough.

"What am I looking for?", responds Quan to Dr. Nam Singh's observation that material success will never fill you up.

Also appearing on the show was Chief Keef, who sat down with the therapist a couple of weeks before Quan. Unlike Quan, however, Keef was reticent to open up.

"I'm the type of person who go to therapy and don't really say much," he said.
