LeBron James took to Instagram this week to let his followers know he was back on the court with his old friend Dwyane Wade. “Always great when I can link back up on court and put some work in with my brother @dwyanewade!! It just feels different. #Brotherhood. #striveforgreatness #WorkTillItHurtsandBeyond,” wrote James.

The two linked up in Los Angeles on Monday night and had one member of the Cavaliers staff putting them through drills. Wade and James played for four years together with the Miami Heat and won two championships during that period. Wade is now looking into a buyout for his current contract with the Chicago Bulls. If that were made a possibility, he would consider rejoining James on the Cavaliers, according to a report from cleveland.com.

Wade and James built a close relationship during their time on the Heat. James returned to the Cavaliers in 2014 and achieved great success making the finals three times and winning one championship. Wade celebrated his former teammate’s success in a Twitter post back in July. “Nah we stop talking when he took his talents back to Cleveland,” he tweeted. “Bro what rock have you been living under.”
