Funding public education is the greatest investment we can make," Chance The Rapper said while speaking to students and teachers alike at the Social Works Summit. The Chicago rapper has been heavily involved with his hometown and in particular the public education system, having already donated $1 million toward the cause. Now, Chance is back at it when he announced that his foundation was able to raise $2.2 million for 20 Chicago public schools.

In addition, Chance the Rapper also included a list of the schools and what programs the money will be going toward, so people will be able to get a transparent look at how their donations help. In the video, chance does a Q&A at the Social Works Summit, answering questions from students and faculty about his charitable efforts.
