President Trump is joining in on the Hurricane Harvey relief efforts.
Today it was announced that Trump will be donating $1 million from his personal account to those affected by the devastation left in the wake of the hurricane.
Earlier this week, he and first lady Melania Trump visited Corpus Christi spoke to residents but was criticized because his speech sounded eerily similar to one of his campaign rallies. Trump is one of several prominent figures to donate toward the cause, with other celebrities lending a helping hand as well.
