The Big Baller Brand continues to make big moves. Less than four months after revealing Lonzo Ball's signature sneaker, BBB unveiled LaMelo's new shoe. Lonzo became the first player to enter the NBA Draft with his own independently made signature sneaker, now LaMelo is the first high school basketball prospect to ever have a signature shoe at this stage in his career.

According to SLAM, the low-cut MB1 features a two-tone woven textile with a camouflaged one-piece knit upper. BBB is touting it as one of the lightest basketball sneakers on the market. The red heel, black upper and shoe tongue are all made up of suede material. The tongue is a distinctively thin layer, which came at the request of Melo to provide him with less weight and more freedom around his ankles. The MB1 comes in priced at $395 and is slated to reach homes during the holiday season.

The 6-3 guard, who just turned 16 last week, is already a household name and still only an 11th grader. LaMelo is ranked as the No. 7 player in the 2019 class. He has verbally committed to play for UCLA in two years, where Lonzo previously played, and LiAngelo is a current freshman. The release of his sneaker has raised questions about his NCAA eligibility, as the NCAA is notorious for disqualifying student athletes who make profits. Melo, however, is not under the NCAA's scope until he signs a letter of intent. His father, LaVar, is not concerned.

"We'll worry about it when we get there," LaVar told ESPN. "Who cares? If he can't play, then he can't play. It doesn't mean he'll stop working out and getting better."

As for LiAngelo, who many have felt is the forgotten child, LaVar has left him out as he can't endorse Big Baller Brand without his eligibility being compromised.

"Gelo will be next, but right now he's handcuffed by UCLA," LaVar said. "He'd be ineligible if we put out a shoe with him."

"He won't be ineligible in April," he said of LiAngelo. "That's when he'll have his own shoe."

LaVar has said that none of his sons would play more than one season of college basketball.

In the meantime, the focus right now is on LaMelo and his big brother Lonzo, who's spitting verses in the promo video. The Lamborghini, by the way, isn't rented, LaVar Ball bought it for LaMelo for his 16th birthday. Big Ballers indeed.
