The super fight between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor is set for Saturday, Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena. The undefeated boxer came out of retirement to fight to the UFC star for a huge payday and bragging rights, but the WBC decided to sweeten the pot.
During the final Mayweather-McGregor press conference on Wednesday at the MGM Grand, event officials unveiled "The Money Belt," which will be presented to the winner of the fight.
The Money Belt is definitely the rightful name as it has 1.5 kilograms (over 3 pounds) of 24 KT gold, 3,360 diamonds, 600 sapphires, 300 emeralds, straps made from crocodile skin.
Mayweather is the heavy favorite to win, and the belt includes his "Money" nickname. Do you think he'll take it at the end of the night?
