When a partial New England Patriots Super Bowl Champion team showed up for their traditional visit to the White House back in April, Pats owner and longtime friend of Trump's, Robert Kraft, gifted the President with his very own jersey and helmet. On Tuesday, August 22, Kraft returned to check off the final honor he had planned on sharing with no. 45, by giving him his very own Super Bowl ring.

Each player's championship ring is customized to suit their own identity, and Trump's is no different. Tom Brady's mother, Galynn was also handed one of the glitzy rings, each of which features 280 diamonds and runs for upward of $5,000. The difference between Mrs. Brady receiving one and Trump being given one, however, is that Mrs. Brady can keep it. According to the law, a President can not accept gifts valued at over $375. Therefore, the old championship band will need to go straight to the presidential library.

Kraft has been responsible for delivering presidents the coveted victory piece on five different occasions, dating back to 2001. Thus, George W Bush received three ('01, '03, '04), Obama was handed one (2014), and now Trump has one with his name on it for the library. Meanwhile, Kraft only has four of his five rings, because one of them was taken. Oddly enough, it is Russian President Vladimir Putin who has the original that he's missing. During a visit to Russia in 2004, Putin was charmed by the piece and so Kraft let him try it on. As Kraft tells it, he liked it so much walked away without taking it off.
