B.o.B has shared his conspiracy theories about science and astronomy very frequently on Twitter. He infamously declared the earth was flat on Twitter and even threw shots at astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson when he proved the rapper wrong. The solar eclipse that happened on Monday (Aug. 21) allowed for Bobby Ray to share some more of his scientific theories. He claims that the moon generated its own light.
B.o.B told a fan that the moon naturally generated its own light after the fan tweeted that we are able to see the moon because the sun reflects light onto it. As per usual, many Twitter users came forward to tell the Atlanta rapper he was indeed wrong, providing him with scientific evidence. However, as with many times before B.o.B says that these people are receiving their information from textbooks which are notoriously created to spread false theories as a means of control.
