Killer Mike is continuing to delve in on the collective chastisement of Donald Trump that has been doled out from thousands upon thousands of citizens and scores of public figures, for his reactions to the tragic violence that took place in Charlottesville, VA, over the past couple of days. The Run The Jewels rapper took to social media on Tuesday, August 15, with a message through which he endeavored to put the Confederacy into perspective, in light of Trump coming to the defense of those who took to Emancipation Park to protest alongside neo-Nazis.

"Could someone please inform the casino owner masquerading as the United States President, that although he's totally correct in Jefferson and Washington and many of the other notables and Presidents of this country being slave owners - absolutely correct about that - that that doesn't equate to keeping a Confederate general statue up," Mike said in a video posted to Instagram. "Don't cheer for the team that was trying to break up the country that you are now in charge of leading. Their flags don't go up because they're f**king losers."

President Trump has been hearing it from the hip-hop community since the heinous events of this past weekend took shape. Mike's fellow ATL rapper, former collaborator and friend, T.I. has also come out in full force against the President, calling him a "sucka" for kowtowing to the desires of his far left, white supremacist base, while flip flopping with his response to the violence in Charlottesville.
