Previously this week, Trump made it clear that if North Korea did not relax, then “fire and fury” would be coming their way. Since then, Donald Trump has made it clear that he is ready to respond to North Korea, and has no issue voicing that via his favorite platform: Twitter. Earlier this morning, the POTUS said, “Military solutions are now fully in place, locked, and loaded should North Korea act unwisely. Hopefully Kim Jong Un will find another path!”

Earlier this week, North Korea threatened to fire missiles into surrounding areas of Guam, which is a U.S. territory. Needless to say, Trump did not take lightly to that report. Many have chimed in on Trump’s threatening tweet, including Ben Rhodes, a former foreign policy adviser to Barack Obama. Rhodes said, “This isn’t a video game. Hundreds of thousands of lives at stake in the war with NK. Was this statement signed off by anyone? Was this statement coordinated with South Korea and Japan, our allies who are at enormous risk in conventional conflict with North Korea?”
