Danielle Bregoli, aka "Cash Me Outside" girl, was sentenced in connection with her guilty plea to several criminal charges. Bregoli reportedly avoided jail time by agreeing to a plea deal that gave her five years probation for two counts of grand theft, possession of marijuana and filing a police report.
As a part of the deal, a couple of other charges that she was facing have been dropped. The judge also granted Bregoli permission to serve out her probation in California, where she's currently residing.
Bregoli says that the charges she confessed to all pre-date the appearance on the Dr. Phil show that brought her to fame last year. Bregoli recently told Hollywood Life that her rap sheet is the result of, "mistakes I’ve made in the past, not mistakes I plan to make again in the future.”
