An investigation into a fire at an LGBT youth center initially thought to have been caused by spontaneous combustion revealed via surveillance footage that it was the work of an arson. Now authorities are on the hunt for a 26-year-old man who has been identified as a former member of the organization that operates out of the facility.

In the video, Darren William Beach Jr. is seen pouring gasoline around the quarters before he sets the place ablaze and makes his exit. Electronics, food and camping equipment were lost in the fire, but no injuries to people were reported. A $1,000 reward has been put out for his arrest.

Members of the one.n.ten youth center administration expressed confusion in learning that Beach was the responsible party. They say that he appeared to be a usual regular at the facility between 2013 and 2016 when he aged out.
