Derrick Rose has agreed to a one-year, $2.1 million contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers, according to ESPN; the amount was reportedly a veteran minimum salary.

It was reported that Rose could sign the contract as early as Tuesday (July 25), amid news that Kyrie Irving has requested a trade from the Cavaliers. Rose also is said to have met with the Lakers for three hours on Thursday (July 20), but he has decided with the Cavaliers.
