Divorce proceedings between T.I. and Tiny Harris took a sudden turn earlier this week when the rapper made his first moves in regards to the case since April.

On April 24 Tip finally accepted the divorce paperwork that his wife of seven years tried to serve him late in 2016. Tiny decided she would part ways with T.I. due to a relationship filled with infidelity and conflict that she claimed was "irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation." Along with her request that she maintain primary physical custody and joint legal custody of their three children, Tiny petitioned for the value of their joint estate to be re-evaluated and that such possessions as their collection of automobiles be split. It was also reported that she'd leave the share of child support and health insurance up to the judge presiding over the case.

On Monday, July 10, T.I. filed a response to Tiny's filing. He also filed a counter-suit seeking divorce on his own terms. The story is developing.
