The upcoming "super-fight" between Floyd 'Money' Mayweather and Conor McGregor is set to go down on August 26th. For those not fortunate enough to attend the event, live in Las Vegas, you can purchase the fight on pay-per-view for $89.95 for standard def and $99 for HD.

UFC President Dana White discussed the increase in price-point for the fight for MMA fans used to paying roughly $59. “When you talk about superfights, this is a superfight – two different guys from two different sports going in and putting it on the line.” He continues, “Obviously, you can’t charge what you would normally charge for a pay-per-view. And saying there was pushback on the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight, there was anything but – it’s the biggest fight ever in the history of pay-per-view."

According to ESPN's Daren Rovell, the fight is projected to generate $475 million in pay-per-view sales.
