Oklahoma man Brandon Thompson was getting arrested for 6 felony warrants on his birthday. It was at that very moment that Thompson decided to get down on one knee and pop the question to his girlfriend. The police officer's body cam video captures Thompson's proposal. While in handcuffs Brandon asks the officers if he may propose and the shocked officers allowed him to do so. Hopefully, when Brandon sorts out his legal issues, he can get started on the wedding plans.
