In a statement issued to People magazine, an attorney representing Blac Chyna confirmed that he is currently evaluating the situation concerning Rob Kardashian and his leaking of nude photos and defamatory Instagram and Twitter rants against his client throughout a 24-hour span on Wednesday, July 5.

“I am exploring all legal remedies and protections available to my client at this time in attempts to best advise her on how she may want to proceed,” attorney Walter Mosley told the publication.

Kardashian released a photo of a supposed lover Chyna has gotten involved with, along with a video of them kissing. He then went on a tirade in a series of posts in which he details having bankrolled her lifestyle and paid for the enhancement of her body only to be betrayed by her infidelity. He even went on to expose a threesome that she allegedly took part in with T.I. and Tiny Harris, and attempted to shame Chyna by accusing her of having a baby out of scorn.

The New York Daily News ran a story later on in the day in which it presented the assessment of several high-powered lawyers with expertise in the field. They each asserted the belief that Kardashian had violated California's revenge porn laws, and that he could face up to six months in jail and/or a hefty lawsuit for his actions.
