A Florida handyman was held in jail for 90 days after police had believed drywall powder in his car was cocaine.

According to WFTV, In March, Karlos Cashe was stopped by Oviedo police for driving without headlights. During the stop, officers noticed white powder on his seat. Cashe, who was on probation from an arrest for marijuana and cocaine in 2015, repeatedly told the cop it was drywall.

The officer called in the K-9 unit which alerted authorities to an illegal substance in the car and the officer's field test revealed the substance was positive for cocaine.

'I sat there 90 days knowing I was innocent,' Cashe said to WFTV. Cashe was arrested and held without bond because he was accused of violating probation. He was released last week after sitting in jail three months until lab test results revealed the powder was negative for cocaine.
