La La Anthony's 38th birthday coincided with the BET Awards and she was in the house to take in the night with her 10-year-old son Kiyan by her side. Having her world-famous NBA superstar husband's son with her on what would for her be the most poppin' weekend of the year wouldn't exactly the strongest sign that the "Power" actress is on the rebound, regardless how estranged she is from Melo. That night the Knicks baller raised eyebrows when he unleashed a tweet reaffirming his love for her, and on Tuesday, June 27, she confirmed on The Wendy Williams Show that a divorce is not in their immediate plans.

"Not right now ... You know marriages are tough, and you know that. We all know that. It's filled with ups and downs. We are just going through a time right now," La La told Wendy, adding, "Him and I are the best of friends and our No. 1 commitment is to our son Kiyan, and we have to set an example for Kiyan and that's what's most important to me."

La La would go on about what a great father Melo is to their son, and how difficult a decision it would be for her to simply wipe the slate clean after having been together for 12 years. And while she wouldn't confess to actually pursuing a recommitment with her husband of 7 years, she wouldn't rule it out, saying, "I don't know what the future holds." La La then denied dating anyone, adding that if she were dating anyone it would be herself.

"I've been with Melo since he was 19 years old. You're not with somebody that long, and it just goes out the window. I love him with all my heart, and we are the best of friends," La La said.
