50 Cent and his son Marquise have not seen eye-to-eye for years at this point, an issue that seems to be brought up time and time again. Now, the topic has resurfaced under one of 50's Instagram pictures, which led the rapper to address it. The comment was put under a photo of the rapper posing with actor Djimon Hounsou.

50 responded to a comment made about his parenting and relationship with estranged son Marquise by saying:

"Can you imagine having a kid that has been poisoned by his mother's entitlement? That has no respect for you, when you have offered him everything he has. He would rather be a friend to my enemies than me." 50 turned the comment around though, saying he ultimately wants to see his son do well. The rapper said "I wish him well, he was my heart. I don't have one anymore, I pray he as a man can see the mistakes that were made."

Despite sending those words out to his son, 50 has not changed his tune in terms of how he feels about Shaniqua Tompkins, the mother of Marquise Jackson.
