Tee Grizzley was already starting to surge to the next level after dropping his "First Day Out" remix, but there is no doubt that once the world sees Lebron James listening to a young artist's song, they are about to start eating differently. Ever since that social media post the NBA great put up of him banging to the track following the Cavs' loss to the Warriors, that has absolutely been the case according to Tee.

"Bron, I'ma be hollering at you bro. I appreciate what you did for me my dog, that was 100. And you knew the words so I know you've been listening to it," the Detroit rapper said, in a message directed towards James when a TMZ reporter caught up with him and asked how he felt about seeing the clip, and what impact it might have had on his career. For Tee Grizzley it was the highest feeling in the world, as one might imagine, and a feeling it took a minute to come back down from at that, considering it made him a million dollars.

Grizzley informed TMZ that the record has since gone platinum and subsequently tripled his sales, solidifying the fact that while the King may not be on top of the NBA at this current moment in time, he arguably remains hip hop's kingmaker in regards to breaking tunes.
